Take Control
Your Money | Your Goals | Your Retirement | Your Life
If you're like most people, you probably have a junk drawer at home. We know it can feel overwhelming to even think about cleaning it out and organizing it. For many of us, our finances can resemble a junk drawer from time to time. Heck, you might even keep some of your financial “junk” in your actual junk drawer.
The good news is that it’s never too late to TAKE CONTROL. Your money, your goals, and your retirement are too important to ignore. Make this the moment you start to get back on track.
What do I need to do?
All it takes is 5 steps. Whether you choose FFG's help or not,
feel free to use the following 5 step process designed to help you TAKE CONTROL.
1. Get Your Financial Junk Drawer Organized
Before doing anything else, take the time to decipher exactly what you have and why you have it.
2. Understand Where You Are Now & Where You Want To Go
Discover what is really important in your life and visualize how your resources can help you accomplish your goals.
3. Crunch the Numbers
Once you determine what you have and where you want to go, use financial tools and calculators to see if you are on track to meet your goals.
4. Implement Change
You will probably discover there are some changes that need to be made to help get you where you want to be. Build an action list and begin working to mark off your to-dos.
5. Monitor, and Make Adjustments as Life Happens
The process is not “One and Done”. Your life and the world will continue to evolve and change. Make sure you have a system in place to help adjust your plan as life happens.
